We don’t languish

Languishing, or the feeling of meh - not feeling too bad but not feeling too motivated either - might be the theme of 2021. However, at Digiti we like to spice things up - literally! At our Hotter than Hot contest, we were challenged to dip our chicken wings (or veggie alternatives) into sauces that got increasingly spicier. All for a good cause of course, as the contest was part of our recruiting campaign.

Fun online & offline

We still hold our regular Team Huddles online but we’ve also re-introduced quite a few “live” events such as our walking speed dates to get to know new colleagues and our paddleboarding team activity. We also joined the Pink March, walking 10,000 steps a day to raise money for breast cancer.
